Weekly Schedule

6:30 pm: Kpop with Nishi-  This class introduces a twist to K-pop dances- learn the dances you see your favorite idols perform combined with hints of original choreography and alternate styles. 


7:30pm: TWERK with Aura- **KNEE PADS RECOMMENED** A class that will help you throw that a**! Twerk is a choreography class that has a lot of butt movement that will help you understand the foundations that go into it! 


8:30 pm: Sexy and Comfy Heels with Aura: A great class for beginner dancers wanting to take a heels class! Choreography is filled with empowering movements. Heels are optional.

6:30 pm: Hip Hop Fit with Taylor- An upbeat hip-hop cardio class that will have you forget that you’re even working out! The class will start with a vibrant warmup and then will move into multiple short routines to different songs, always keeping the class hype! Be sure to wear your calorie tracker! 


7:30 pm: Int. Hip Hop with Prince- A hype hip hop-based class! This class brings ENERGY every week! A challenging beginner choreography class that will help you grow. 

6:30 pm: Jazz Funk with Amanda- Students are immersed in intricate and dynamic choreography that combines the elements of jazz, hip hop, and funk styles. This class demands precision, agility, and strong technique. 


7:30 pm: Contemporary with Amanda- Students are pushed to explore their physicality and expressiveness through fluid and dynamic movements. The class emphasizes building a strong foundation in contemporary dance technique while also introducing new choreography each week, allowing students to develop their skills and artistic expression simultaneously. 

 

8:30 pm Beginner Hip Hop with Anthony- A high-energy beginner-friendly hip hop class! The class focuses on building coordination, rhythm, and confidence while exploring the energetic and expressive nature of hip-hop movement.


6:30 pm: Contemporary R&B with Taylorann- A fusion of hip hop and contemporary. This choreography is advanced beginner/intermediate. We cannot recommend this class enough! Full of powerful and sensual movements. 


8:30 pm: Int. Sexy Stiletto with Wyntergrace- A dynamic and empowering dance class designed for intermediate dancers. The weekly class focuses on technique and choreography. Students refine their skills and learn new moves while exploring their sensuality and building confidence. 

KPOP with Troy (7:30 pm): An energetic and fun class where students learn the fundamentals of K-pop choreography, focusing on synchronizations, sharp movements, and expressive performance. This class provides a supportive environment for students who learn popular dance K-pop dance routines, improve their coordination, and immerse themselves in the vibrant world of KPop music and dance. 


Beginner hip hop with Troy (8:30 pm): A high-energy beginner-friendly hip hop class! The class focuses on building coordination, rhythm, and confidence while exploring the energetic and expressive nature of hip-hop movement. 


10:00 am: Bollywood Fusion every other Saturday with Alisha!


11:10 am: Foundations with Jason: *This class is for all levels! No matter your experience in dance, we all need to work on the foundations. Without a strong understanding of where our movement comes from, we limit our growth. This class changes focus every month with a new foundational style. Rotating between Grooves, Popping, & House. Come work on the basics, explore, and take your time with the movement to become familiar and comfortable at your own pace!


12:20 pm: Beginner Hip Hop with Jason: A true beginner hip hop choreography class. Come in, learn, have fun, and dance! This class is about community. Hip-hop is a social dance and this class makes sure we experience that! Not only do we learn and grow in dance, but also make connections and new friends. This class is all about working together, supporting, and lifting each other up as we grow together!


1:30 pm: Intermediate/Adv. Hip Hop with Jason: For experienced dancers or dancers looking for a challenge. This class is focused on the training of dancers! From understanding engagement, texture, performance, musicality and so much more we dive into the choreography and break down these things, training not just our bodies in dance but also our minds!
